Firewood Storage Shelter
This half-timbered house located on a farm in Germany is an approach towards the local vernacular building style in Lower-Saxony.
The timber frame is made from pine using traditional timber joints as they are common with this type of house. The partitions are filled in simple wattle and daub technique which gives a nice microclimate inside and makes the building quite ecological and fully recyclable.

The ground floor is designed for seasoning firewood; the loft is used for storing hay.
